Where is an elegant place for dinner before a musical in Atlanta?

I am surprising my girlfriend for our two year anniversary to go see Cats (the musical).

I already have the tickets, but now I need an elegant place to eat, so that we won't be the only people dressed up.

Thanks for the help.|||The Sun Dial I can agree with, but I sure wouldn't call The Cheesecake Factory elegant...to me it's more of a loud cattle call type of place.

But, my wife %26amp; I have eaten several times at Baraonda Caffe Italian, on the corner of 3rd %26amp; Peachtree, the very next corner north of the Fox and have always enjoyed it. While I wouldn't call it elegant, it is a nice upscale neighborhood place to eat. While the folks at the table next to you might be in very casual dress, coat %26amp; tie would not be out of place. And, it's just a very short, less-than-a-block walk to the Fox after eating...less parking issues. www.baraondaatlanta.com|||The Sundial Restaurant -210 Peachtree St, Atlanta, GA 30303 Ive been there before and the food is excellent. The restaurant actually moves around. Plus you wont be the only one dressed up.

Or you could always try the Cheesecake Factory.|||Veni Vidi Vici- but be sure you get out of there by 7:25 or so so that you can make it to the Fox on time. Best place to park for Fox is across the street under the Georgian Terrace Hotel ($10) - very easy access to Fox. Have fun!|||nora.nora
