Does anyone know where I can buy elegant plastic tableware?

I'm having my son's birthday party in a very elegant banquet hall. The place is absolutely beautiful. The place provides China for dinner; however, I need to buy plates for the appetizers and dessert. And cups for pop, alcohol drinks, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew where I can buy plastic tableware!? It doesn't matter if it's from a store or a website. I was looking for plasticware that has something like flowers designed on them...something very pretty. Please let me know if you anything about this. I really need your help.|||Party City

Costco|||IKEA? and maybe cost plus, try some fancy places like Crate %26amp; barrel, or Sonoma, or potter barn..|||This might sound funny, but I think that for appetizers, cocktail napkins would be MUCH more elegant than using paper or plastic plates. They can be finger foods!
