What are the best economical and elegant hotels in Paris?

I need a hotel that is elegant, comfortable and is for an affordable price, not something exagerated. Its something simple and it doesnt have to be in paris, it can be around the outsides. Thanks|||For a Marriott hotel it would be best to look at their website and book directly, however Marriott Hotels are not what I would call economical: http://www.marriott.com

I've never heard of Interval Hotels.|||Hello,

Have a good trip in Paris.|||Accor Hotels is a company that has hotels on every price range.

They vary from Formule1 at about 38 euros in Paris, to Mercure, Suite-Novotel, etc.

The list, in ascending price order, is

Formule1 - Etap - Ibis - Suite/Novotel - Mercure.

The top two might be in reversed order.

I personally like SuiteHotel opposite the Stade de France in St Denis.

But do that at the weekend, where you can get a "Grand Weekend" from Friday to Monday for half-price.

Good luck.

Chris|||The Holiday Inn Montparnasse is a reasonably priced hotel. Not 40 euros, that sounds too little to me. Maybe in a one or two star hotel it's possible. Montparnasse is a nice Parisian district. It's not in the very center, but not far out.
